*Rifala is both an English and an American Champion. 
*Rifala won several times in England and was champion mare at the national Arabian Show in Nashville, Tenn. in 1933.
*Rifala was also registered in the Jockey Club book as No. 5465.

Bred back to her own sire, Skowronek, the tiny 13.2hh Rifala, a daughter of Crabbet Park's world renowned broodmare, Rissla, produced a 'Genetic Giant' in *Raffles.  Rifala was also the dam of the influential stallions Image and Rifage and the mare Ragala (all by *Mirage) and the inbred stallion Phantom by Image.
